While this time of year is full of fun frights for humans, it can be a little too spooky for our furry friends. From noisy doorbells to tempting candy bowls, here are a few tips to keep your pets safe, happy, and far away from any Halloween scares:
- 🧁 Keep Candy Out of Paw’s Reach
Chocolate and sugar-free treats (especially those with xylitol) can be toxic to pets. Keep all candy and wrappers tucked safely away, and remind guests not to share their sweets – no matter how cute those puppy-dog eyes are! - 🕸️ Watch Out for Little “Boo”-bits
Decorations and costume pieces like beads, string, or fake spiderwebs can look like toys to curious pets. To avoid any tummy troubles, keep small or dangling décor well out of reach. - 🦇 Dress-Up… or Don’t!
