For each new client or if a new pet sitter is scheduled for your pets, one of our qualified pet sitters will meet with you and your pets in person at your home. During this visit, your pet sitter will get detailed instructions about caring for your pets and home. Your pet sitter will also spend this time getting to know and ensuring your pets are comfortable with your pet sitter. This allows you to meet and ask questions of your assigned pet sitter. This is also when we will review our policies, pet sitting agreement, and payment schedules and get a copy of your key or security codes.
