While we would all probably like to take our pets everywhere we go, sometimes it’s impossible. If work or travel takes you away from your pet, you have probably considered all the options. When weighing out the choices, here are a few things to consider:

For each new client or if a new pet sitter is scheduled for your pets, one of our qualified pet sitters will meet with you and your pets in person at your home. During this visit, your pet sitter will get detailed instructions about caring for your pets and home. Your pet sitter will also spend this time getting to know and ensuring your pets are comfortable with your pet sitter. This allows you to meet and ask questions of your assigned pet sitter. This is also when we will review our policies, pet sitting agreement, and payment schedules and get a copy of your key or security codes. 417 Pet Sitting loves caring for all types of pets, including traditional farm animals, dogs, cats, fish, birds, reptiles, guinea pigs or hamsters, rabbits, and much more. We are also pleased to say we will care for any dog breed. If your pet requires special care or has special needs, please don’t hesitate to let us know. We’ll do our best to accommodate.
All of our pet sitters undergo a rigorous interview process and a standard criminal and background check. We are bonded and licensed for added protection, protecting your pets and home while in our care. Payment is expected 24 hours prior to scheduled services begin. We accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards.
